Visit the Sacred Heart Valley Park Athletic Association Facebook page for details on the season, including registration deadlines and practice information.The Sacred Heart Association soccer program serves approximately 500 area youth soccer players within the geographic boundaries of the parish of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, making it one of the largest recreational sports associations in the Northwest Soccer District.
PreK Soccer:Pre-K soccer at SHVP is a great way to introduce kids to the sport and improve on their skills. Practices are 1 hour sessions on Sunday afternoons and will consist of skill work as well as small sided games. The kids will be broken into small groups with 2 coaches per group to keep the player/coach ratio as low as possible. Each player will receive a Sacred Heart Valley Park Soccer T Shirt!- When: Sundays from 3-4pm starting Sept 7th and ending October 12th
- Who: Any PreK Student (Ages 3-5)
- Where: SHVP Soccer Field
- What to Bring: A water bottle. Shin guards and soccer cleats are recommended but not required.
Instructional and CYC Soccer Programs:- Children Pre-K (5-year-olds) and Kindergarten play in the Instructional League.
- Grades 1 through 8 participate in the St. Louis CYC League
- The regular season typically begins just after Labor Day and ends in mid-November.
- Games played on our home and away fields are played on Saturday and Sunday.
- Teams may also be entered in tournaments that may take place before, during, or after the regular season.
- CYC teams that qualify may play in the CYC City/County Championship.
