Welcome to Sacred Heart's Parish School of Religion! We are looking forward to working with you in the PSR program. Sacred Heart Parish has made a commitment of time, talent, and treasure to assist you in the religious education of your child or children.
How to Enroll a New Student 1. Create an Account: To begin the application process, please Create an Account. This enrollment platform is an independent platform, securely shared with Sacred Heart School. If the Sacred Heart School information is displayed at the top of the page, you are in the right place! Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once you have clicked the link and verified your email address, log in to your account.
2. Create A New Student Application: Once your email address has been verified and you have logged in to your account, create a new student application for your child. When creating the application, please make sure to scroll down to “Parish School of Religion” in the grade level menu. Please select the grade that your child will be entering into for the 2024-2025 school year. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.
3. Review and Submit: Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." After submitting the application, you will be able to track your enrollment status in the PSR program by logging in to your account. You will also be able to print the completed application.
Please remember, you must submit the completed application in order for us to help you complete the enrollment process.
4.Offer Sent:
Once your application has been reviewed by the PSR Director, an “Offer” email will be sent to you. You will need to log in to your account and complete the enrollment form before your student can be enrolled in the PSR program. At this time, you will be asked to include your tuition payment information. Tuition payments will be deducted automatically beginning in September. NO payment will be due at the time of registration. Please contact the PSR Director if there are financial concerns.
5. Enrollment Complete
After you have completed the Enrollment Form, remember to click on Submit. Once you have submitted the Enrollment form, it will be reviewed and accepted by the PSR Director. After the Enrollment form is accepted, your student’s enrollment status will be changed to “Finished” and your child will be enrolled in the program.
